With out a doubt, this is the longest I have felt pain from a particular athletic endeavor. Though the vast majority of the aches are gone, still have some outer thigh pain and, unfortunately, my right ankle again. Was hoping I might be beyond that.

Take it easy Jeff, that was a long distance we did last weekend. Get on that awesome bike of yours when you feel up to it.
I'm with Dan - active recovery - either get on the bike or go for a swim and that will help those muscles out.
2 Aleve and a shot of Patrone. Works every time (almost - might need 2 shots of patrone).
jeff - how did you get the first post to stick at the top? My sister created a blog/album for our family and I wanted the introductory blog to remain at the top like yours. help.
Oh, I remember the pain of my 3rd half marathon. I had to stop driving three times from Tucson to phoenix just to stretch. But, it shall pass and you'll be the better for it.
