Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to my dad! I don't have a family photo to upload presently, but I will do that down the road. I love you, dad! Thanks for all of your support.

The picture below is of me and the boys in March, 2005. We were celebrating our trio of holes-in-one in Williamsburg, VA.
This was taken just a few weeks ago. My eldest and I getting set to go for a long bike ride.

To all the dad's out there -- have a great day!

Hi Jeff,
We have just read your entire blog and have been moved from tears to laughter and back again. You are a remarkable person! We have known and loved you from the day you were born but never realized the extent of the trauma you personally suffered. You are an inspiration to your sons, your family and others who are fighting the same battle. After reading your story, you can count us among your cheerleaders.

Hi Jeff, you don't know me but I've been reading your blog since I saw the link on the runner's world discussion boards from a posting you left there.

Keep up the great work. I am also on a quest for weight loss and getting healthy and running/jogging and your blog is keeping me motivated.

What I like about your blog is that you "tell it like it is" and put all your thoughts and comments down in writing. I have admiration and deep respect for you.

I have 3 kids (ages 7, 2 and 10 months) and am trying to be an example (like you are) to my kids. Thank you for helping me with this.

You are very inspirational. Keep up the great work!! I have 1000% (no typo) confidence that you will soon be running 10 minute miles.

Go Jeff go!!!!!

Gayle
