Monday Stats and Training Update (on Tuesday!)

Sorry to be a day late, but I was down a pound last week. Not bad considering only one day of exercise -- on Saturday.

Just got back from the gym this morning. I might be liking this gym stuff! 45 minutes of elliptical and upper body weight.

Hoping for a bigger number next week as vacation at the beach looms a couple of weeks down the road.

Saw a post of yours on Runner's World Discussion boards, linked up with your blog, just wanted to say way to go friend, good for you. I lost 100 pounds, mostly through running, about a year ago. Spent this past year trying to maintain (sometimes I think it's harder to maintain than to lose).

Anyway, great blog and good for you!
