Just a quickie. Got back from Florida this afternoon to a nice 4-7" promised snowfall. We had a blast at Clearwater.
This morning was the Tampa Gasparilla Half Marathon. Weather sucked, high winds, rain for the last 4 miles, humidity of 90%+, but I finished in 2:23:15, a personal record.
Pictures and full story to come!

Sorry it was so bad but AWESOME- job on the personal record. Looking forward to seeing and hearing the "rest of the story"
that's a great time for bad weather. I saw the Gasparilla on my RW calendar and thought of you.
hope you enjoyed the Yanks game. I heard it rained when they played the reds the other day.
Holy speedy gonzalez!
WAY TO GO!
Did you smootch Jeter for me?
Good job on the PR for the half.
Fantastic work.
Jeff that is a great time! Totally inspiring me to keep trying to run like a normal person and not a waddler...
PR, great job!
So, how did the run go? Inquiring minds want to know.
Tombstone is a couple hours further south. It's a cool place to visit and it's a real town. Old Tucson has no inhabitants and it's strictly a studio.
I guess this would be a PR for 3.8 miles. I was hoping it was going to be 4.2 miles, since I have a race of that length next month.
